The deck is finaly
finished and all approved. I know everyone was asking about the
deck for the last few months, but now I can stop saying that we will
have it done in a week or two. It is now open and ready for some
heavy use while the weather is great. I hope that eveyone enjoys
the deck and the view of downtown Key Center.
I would like to thank the entire community and all of our loyal customers over the past year for making our restaurant what it is today. With your support we have
made it through the first year in a tough economy. And
because of you we will be here for years to come.

Staff-
Manager of Operations - Laura Laura has over 25 years
in the restaurant business and really enjoys her job. Laura is
the one that keeps things going day in and day out. She said that
working at this restaurant she has found a profound since of family
among the staff that she has seen nowhere else.
Head Cook - Dan
Dan is the man in the
back that most people have not even seen or heard from. He keeps
the kitchen stocked and consistent so the food comes out the same way
every time.
Sous Cook - Jr. Sous Cook Jr. is the man
who does the baking, prep work, and keeps the kitchen running at its
best efficiency. He also know how to make some pretty unique
soups and desserts.
These three and the rest
of the staff have worked hard to make sure that your experience at the
Roadhouse on the Hill is enjoyable every time.
