Laura has over 25 years
in the restaurant business and really enjoys her job. Laura is
the one that keeps things going day in and day out. She said that
working at this restaurant she has found a profound since of family
among the staff that she has seen nowhere else.
Head Cook - Dan
Dan is the man in the
back that most people have not even seen or heard from. He keeps
the kitchen stocked and consistent so the food comes out the same way
every time.
Sous Cook
- Jr.
Sous Cook Jr. is the man
who does the baking, prep work, and keeps the kitchen running at its
best efficiency. He also know how to make some pretty unique
soups and desserts.
These three and the rest
